CortexDJ (“the Software”) is licensed, not sold. Subject to payment and these terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on computers you own or control, per the edition/seats you purchased.
The Software may run a time-limited trial. Continued use of paid features (including the AI auto-mix / RENDER SET) requires a valid license key. You may not share, resell or publish your key.
You may not reverse engineer or circumvent the license mechanism except as permitted by law, redistribute the Software, or use it to infringe third-party rights — including by mixing, recording, streaming or distributing audio/video you are not licensed to use.
You are solely responsible for the media you load, mix, record and broadcast, and for obtaining all necessary rights and licenses (publishing, performance, mechanical, sync and platform rights) for any public performance, recording or live stream you create.
The Software includes third-party components under their own licenses, including FFmpeg. Your use of those components is subject to those licenses.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GIGS.
This license terminates automatically on breach. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software.
